At Icarus Football, we want you to look and feel your best on the pitch, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed kits. Please note that customized jerseys featuring specific names or numbers are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Kit

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
